Mr. Arieti is an associate with Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP. His focus is on business and taxation, including corporate and flow-through entity planning and estate planning. He is experienced with business formations, acquisitions, joint ventures and financings, as well as the taxation of asset securitizations and international transactions.

Mr. Arieti received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School (2006), where he was an editor for the Chicago Journal of International Law. He has a bachelor degree in history and Spanish literature from the University of Virginia (2003). Samuel formerly worked as a tax attorney at firms in Chicago and Philadelphia and is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Pennsylvania.
