Victoria A. Grzelak is an associate with Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP and has been practicing law since 2004.  Ms. Grzelak’s principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities transactions, commercial real estate, intellectual property and private equity transactions.  Immediately prior to joining Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP, Ms. Grzelak was associate with a Chicago firm where she handled a variety of sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and intellectual property matters spending much of her time negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses and loan documents.  Ms. Grzelak has represented private and public companies, entrepreneurs, manufacturing and retail companies.

Ms. Grzelak obtained her J.D. and LL.M in Intellectual Property from the John Marshall Law School in 2003 and her B.S. in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University in 2000.
