Kristin G. Bagull assists business owners and families in planning their estates, protecting assets, transferring wealth, and minimizing taxation. She works closely with clients to formulate succession plans, and advises on business formation, wealth preservation, and gift and estate taxation.

Prior to joining Levun Goodman and Cohen, LLP, Kristin practiced law with a Chicago based law firm, where she was a member of the firm's estate planning department. Her experience also includes representing individuals before the United States Tax Court in tax controversy matters. She also worked with a family law practice when she started her career and obtained significant experience drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, which has enhanced her estate planning counsel for clients.

Kristin graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with a B.A. in Biology. She received her JD in 2003 from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While at Loyola, she concentrated her studies in Taxation Law and was a member and Managing Editor of Loyola's Annals of Health Law. In 2009, Kristin attained her LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.

Kristin is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and before the United States Tax Court.
