Mr. Taylor has been with Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP from its inception and joined the firm as a partner in 1993. He began his legal practice in 1981, after being admitted to the Illinois bar. The focus of Mr. Taylor's practice is business and tax, concentrating on the representation of closely held businesses and wealthy individuals, estate planning and estate and trust administration.

Mr. Taylor has counseled closely held businesses having annual sales in excess of $300,000,000 and has provided estate planning to individuals having a net worth in excess of $100,000,000. However, Mr. Taylor's practice is not limited to the wealthy and he regularly represents individuals with estates of all sizes, providing estate planning and taxation advice. He also works extensively with trustees, executors, beneficiaries and heirs in the administration and settlement of trusts and estates, and, as necessary, provides counsel on income and estate tax issues that may arise in connection therewith.

Mr. Taylor received an LLM in taxation (1990) from the Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago Kent College of Law and a JD from The John Marshall School of Law. He also received a BA in Political Science from Indiana University (1978).
