We Teach the Professionals
Since 1987, Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP has been presenting the preeminent seminars in the country on partnership and flow-through entity taxation. Each year, over 1,000 tax professionals attend these seminars presented by LGC’s affiliate, Tax Planning Forum, LLC. Who comes to these programs? CPAs, tax attorneys, family office professionals, CFOs and other professionals, including employees of the IRS. These courses are presented by Charles R. Levun and Michael J. Cohen, two of the foremost national experts on partnership taxation.
TAX PLANNING FORUM
Our premier seminar, called the “Tax Planning Forum,” or simply the “Forum®” is an intensive flow-through entity tax planning seminar about recent developments from Congress, the IRS and case law. The Tax Planning Forum presents attendees with cutting-edge strategies to take advantage of tax planning and business planning techniques. This seminar is presented in a fast-paced give and take between presenters and attendees and is illustrated through sample transactions. Our goal is to make our attendees heroes with their clients, by providing them tools, planning techniques and structures to save them money and get them better results. As the Tax Planning Forum deals with advance techniques, it is best suited for tax professionals who have a good working knowledge of flow-through taxation. The Forum is completely rewritten each year to present the cutting edge in flow-through tax concepts. This is why over 70% of our attendees each year have attended before. Go to www.taxforums.com to get more information or to register for our Tax Planning Forum courses.
FUNDAMENTALS OF FLOW-THROUGH®
Need to brush up on your knowledge of partnership taxation? Levun, Goodman & Cohen also presents a course called the “Fundamentals of Flow-Through®,” which is a refresher course on the basics of flow-through taxation. Our “Fundamentals of Flow-Through®” course is targeted toward tax professionals who would like to develop a more solid and integrated foundation in partnership, LLC and S corporation taxation, or who just want to brush up on the fundamentals. It is an essential course for tax professionals of every skill level. Go to www.taxforums.com to get more information or to register for our Fundamentals of Flow-Through courses.
Each year, Levun, Goodman & Cohen also provides a limited number of private seminars to accounting firms and others with larger groups who desire a flow-through tax seminar to be presented in their offices or other location of their choosing. In a private seminar, we can focus on the topics of greatest interest to your firm. If your firm may be interested in a private seminar, contact either Charles R. Levun or Michael J. Cohen at 847-509-7700, or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
